 What is an edible book?
It's made of something you can eat and it looks like a book or makes reference to a book title or structure. For example:…Take thin slices of roast beef, stab bind them with scallions and you have a "Rare Book"…a tray of sugar coated Madeleine cookies becomes Proust's "Remembrance of Things Past."
This year, 2009, will bet the second year that our Stingray Students and friends have competed in this international competition.
